A Little Background on Odessa Home Health

Our Agency provides outstanding care for all people, regardless of age, race or medical condition. We educate families  by giving them the knowlege they need to provide the proper level of care for their loved ones.
 
The founders of the agency are married couple: wife Oksana (Administrator) and Husband Pavel (Manager). The Administrator is an RN, and has Home Health Care and Hospital experience of more than 9 years. She began as a certified nursing assistant, then graduated from University of Colorado Nursing School, and finally an Administrator of Odessa Home Health, Inc. 
 
Our field staff is comprised of competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who will be supervised on a regular basis by our Director of Nursing. Each staff member will meet the State of Colorado educational and training requirements for the services they provide.

We accept Private Pay  and most insurances.

Our mission and goals will be achieved by stressing efficiency in our operation, flexibility in providing services, keeping strict control on the quality of work rendered and compassion on delivering it. By maintaining a manageable patient census we are able to focus on providing the highest quality of care. ODESSA Home Health, INC. goals and mission are as follow:
 
  1. To collaborate with the physician to develop an individualized plan of care that meets each patient’s needs in order to achieve their maximum health potential.
  2. To provide quality service by adhering to the agency’s philosophy, goals and objectives. The agency has a Quality Assurance program to ensure optimal service is provided to each patient.
  3. To encourage employee participation in educational opportunities. The Agency will provide monthly in-services and related workshops.
  4. To assist the patient and family in identifying their health care problems and needs.
  5. To actively participate and advise patient in community agencies and resources.
